"Spice of Life" 6th Invitational Traveling Exhibit
"Variety is the spice of life!" inspired this exhibit of 50 fabric creations
interpreting what brings us meaning & joy in life. This collection will be
auctioned at the Pacific Northwest Quiltfest in August 2008 to benefit APNQ.

Sequim Prairie Flowers - 22nd Annual Sunbonnet
Sue Quilt Show
Location: Sequim Middle School, 301 West Hendrickson Road,
Sequim WA
Hours: 10 am - 5 pm
Features: 200+ quilts on display as well as a special exhibit
of heirloom quilts. This show is held in conjunction with the 12th Sequim
Lavender Festival (http://lavenderfestival.org).
Features a Vendor Mall, Country Store, & raffle prizes. So come enjoy
the quilts and smell the lavender.

The Covington Quilters Guild - Stroll Down
the Garden Path
Location: Cedar Heights Middle School - 19640 SE 272nd Street

Hours: Friday/Saturday – 10 to 5. Sunday – 10
to 4
Admission: $4.00 donation. Children 12 years and under free,
Free Parking or Free Shuttle from Covington Multi Care
Features: Celebrating the Guild’s 10th Show, it only
gets better and better! Over 200 professionally judged quilts on display including
a special display of kid’s quilts and sewing projects. Exhibits will
include demonstrations on quilting, appliqué and outreach quilts-in-progress.
Other added events will include Grandma’s Attic Bazaar, a Tea Room for
refreshments, a Kids Corner and “I Spy” game with prizes, 9 Patch
Bed Turning, Door Prizes, 2008 and 2009 Raffle Quilts, Fat Quarter Picnic
Baskets drawing, a Passport Hop and lots more.
