This calendar includes events of interest such as guild quilt shows, museum exhibits and symposiums.

"Spice of Life" 6th Invitational Traveling Exhibit
"Variety is the spice of life!" inspired this exhibit of 50 fabric creations
interpreting what brings us meaning & joy in life. This collection will be
auctioned at the Pacific Northwest Quiltfest in August 2008 to benefit APNQ.

Artist Reception: Please join us for a reception with the
artists on Saturday, May 24, 11am-3pm
Museum Hours: Wednesday - Saturday: 11:00am—4:00pm,

Northwest Quilters Inc, 34th Annual Quilt Show
- "A Festival of Quilts"
Location: University Place Hotel, 310 S.W. Lincoln Street,
Portland, OR
Features: In addition to hundreds of quilts on display, the
show has a featured quilter, lectures, demonstrations, and a merchant mall
with many vendors. There is also a Raffle Quilt each year that generally illustrates
the theme of that year's show.
Featured Artist: Gladys Payne
Admission: The quilt show is open to the public, and there
is a nominal admission fee.

Oregon Coastal Quilters Guild - "Quilters
Holiday"
Location: Lincoln County Fairgrounds in Newport Oregon
