About Guild Affiliation & Sponsorship

Many quilt guilds and other quilt and fiber-arts groups in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada are showing their support of APNQ and the Pacific Northwest Quiltfest through "Guild Affiliate" sponsorship. Ticket-sales revenues from attendees at the Quiltfests cover only a portion of the actual costs of producing these shows. Without the generous support of our sponsors, Quiltfest would not be possible. Won't you join us to help sustain the Pacific Northwest Quiltfest shows, and aid their success and growth?

Guild Affiliate sponsorship is available at the following levels of cash donations, which cover a two-year period. (Platinum and Gold Thimble levels may be paid in two yearly installments.)


Why should your guild become an APNQ sponsor?

APNQ is a non-profit corporation that depends on the support of its sponsors to keep the Pacific Northwest Quiltfest going. We hope you will join our Guild Affiliate Sponsorship Team for 2008. As an affiliate, your guild's name will appear on our website, and in the show program (15,000 printed), on posters at the show itself, and in the post-show newsletter containing color pictures of the award winners (30,000 printed).

We offer our guild affiliates the following incentives to become sponsors:

The number one reason, of course, is to help ensure that there will continue to be a top-quality, juried and judged quilt show in the Pacific Northwest! There are other benefits as well…

Platinum Thimble Affiliates ($1,000 or more cash contribution before May 1, 2008). Platinum Thimble guilds will have the opportunity to have their guild raffle quilt displayed and tickets sold at Quiltfest 2008 for all three days of Quiltfest: more than $450 value! APNQ will provide booth space at the Quiltfest 2008, table, chairs, pipe & drape plus two admission tickets per day (six total) for your guild booth volunteers. And, you will be allowed to sell guild specific merchandise in your booth. Platinum Thimble Affiliates may also list their upcoming quilt show in the Quiltfest 2008 show program, can schedule APNQ slide shows for free, and have their current quilt show listed on the APNQ website calendar with a link to their guild website.

Gold Thimble Affiliates ($500 - $999 cash contribution before May 1, 2008). Gold Thimble guilds may list their upcoming quilt show in the Quiltfest 2008 show program, can schedule APNQ slide shows at a reduced cost, and have their current quilt show listed on the APNQ website calendar with a link to their guild website.

Silver Thimble Affiliates ($250 - $499 cash contribution) Can schedule APNQ slide shows at a reduced cost, and have their current quilt show listed on the APNQ website calendar with a link to their guild website.

Bronze Thimble Affiliate ($50-$249 cash contribution) Can have their current quilt show listed on the APNQ website calendar with a link to their guild website.

How to become an APNQ sponsor

Just click here (255k pdf) to download and fill out the Guild Affiliate sponsorship pledge information and form. Please indicate your selected sponsorship level on the form, supply the necessary information, and submit the form to us as soon as possible at the address on the form.
