Pacific Northwest Style
A delightful showcase of distinctly wearable garments by artists from the Pacific Northwest, modeled by the makers. Doris will highlight the work of 15 designers, presenting dozens of garments which illustrate that ‘wearable art’ is meant to be worn and enjoyed, by the maker and the viewer. The pieces will show how innovative outfits come in a variety of sizes, compliment the style and shape of the creator, and are appropriate to the climate and culture of our Pacific Northwest.

Borders, Batts & Bindings
Your quilt top is all done, but now what do you do? In this class you will learn how to design and choose fabrics for your borders, how to apply a border, how to choose the proper batting for your quilt, how to baste your quilt together to prepare it for quilting and finally how to put on a binding. Bring your quilt tops to the lecture and get help from Roxanne in choosing fabric for the borders. This informative hour should answer all your questions.
