Quilt Photo Sessions
In cooperation with area quilt shops, APNQ is pleased to announce a schedule of photo sessions intended to provide area quilters with quality digital photography of their quilts. The project's primary purpose is to benefit entrants to Quiltfest 2008, and these services are offered to all quilters without financial benefit to APNQ or the quilt shops.
The cooperating photographers are all well experienced in the field of quilt photography and are committed to returning digital images in time to meet the April 10 entry deadline for Quiltfest 2008. While recommended, professional images are not mandatory.
Please contact photographers for pricing if not provided below for a full quilt photograph and a detail view provided on a CD ready for submission. (For clothing and 3D works; front, back, and detail views.) Additional CDs containing the digital images will also be available. Quilts must be brought to the session ready to photograph, i.e. clean, free of threads, lint, pins, pet hair, and ironed if needed.
CDs may be picked up at the shop 10 days after the photo shoot, except where noted otherwise. Here is a list by region of local shops, dates, photographers and prices.
