About Sponsoring APNQ
You're invited to support the goals and purposes of APNQ by becoming a financial sponsor. APNQ is already hard at work in preparation for the next edition of the Northwest's premier juried and judged quilt show, showcasing the finest in quilts and fiber arts from Alaska, Alberta, British Columbia, Idaho, Montana, Northwest Territories, Oregon, Washington and Yukon.
More than 12,000 guests viewed Quiltfest 2008, coming from all over the US, Canada and beyond, and Quiltfest 2010 will be another tremendous success. We hope that you will be represented among those sponsors whose generous financial support helps make Quiltfest possible!
APNQ is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization under IRS Section 501(c)(3), and your donation may be tax-deductible as well as being of considerable support to the promotion of quilting and quilt-related arts in the greater Pacific Northwest.
Sponsorship Levels
Corporate Sponsorship - Corporate Sponsorship form (pdf)
Corporate sponsors may contribute in one of three ways: (1) cash, (2) products or services, or (3) a combination of cash and products or services. Benefits for corporate sponsors vary with the level of sponsorship pledged, and, depending on the pledge date, include having the corporate name and/or logo printed in the APNQ show brochure and show program, on display panels at Quiltfest and on the Association's website with links to their corporate websites. Payments of sponsorship pledges may be made annually over a two-year period.
Guild Affiliate Sponsorship - Guild Affiliate Sponsorship form (pdf)
Sponsoring guilds may pledge at any of four levels, and pay annually over a two-year period. All guild affiliates are eligible to have information on their quilt shows published on the Association's website with links to their guild's website, and, depending on the pledge date, each guild will be named as a sponsor in the show brochure and show program. Guilds pledging at the highest level have the opportunity of having their annual raffle quilt displayed at a Quiltfest.
Individual Sponsorship - Individual Sponsorship form (pdf)
We especially welcome the support of individual sponsors, who may pledge at any of five different levels. Those pledging at the highest levels may pay annually over a two-year period. Names of individual sponsors are published on the Association's website, and, depending on the pledge date, in the show brochure and show program.
